In 2005, our journey began with a simple passion for barbecue and a deep love for family traditions. What started as small catering jobs for friends, family, and local events quickly grew into something bigger. Our slow-smoked Texas-style brisket and perfectly seasoned Santa Maria Tri-tip became crowd favorites, and word spread about our finger-licking good BBQ.
Every dish we serve is rooted in family tradition—recipes passed down through generations, made from scratch with love and care. Over the years, our commitment to quality and flavor built a loyal following, and in time, we made the leap from catering to opening our very own brick-and-mortar establishment.
